Attention! New Registration Details For 2012

Attendance at the 2012 AA&S Conference implies that a non-local attendee is staying at the Headquarters Hotel, the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront. All meeting space, food and beverage, audio visual equipment, etc., is supplied by the Headquarters Hotel at pre-negotiated and contracted prices reliant on hotel room usage. Not meeting this contracted hotel room usage would result in a sizeable financial penalty to the Conference. Therefore, any attendee choosing to stay at alternate hotels will be subject to additional fees prior to the conference.

• Local Attendee / Non-Local Attendee Staying at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront Registration Fee = $850

• Non-Local Attendee NOT Staying at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront Registration Fee = $1,050

2012 Registration Details

About Conference Registration

Please Note: All Attendees and Presenters (and those Exhibitors wishing to attend any of the technical sessions) are required to register for the AA&S 2012 Conference and pay the associated registration fees for said Conference. Single Day Passes will NOT be offered for this Conference. New for 2012: Starting this year we will be password protecting access to the 2012 Online Final Proceedings, giving exclusive access to our 2012 Attendees for a limited time.

Conference Payments and Receipts

Payment Methods: Payable to Universal Technology Corporation
Check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Government IMPAC Card

Receipt of payment will be disseminated electronically to the email address that is provided at the time of the registration payment. Please Note: Electronic payment receipts may take up to 10 business days and, therefore, will not be sent with your registration confirmation.

Conference Confirmation

Online registrants will receive an initial confirmation notice that their registration has been received. All registrants who have provided an appropriate email address will receive an email confirmation when registration is processed.

Conference Attire

• Attendees - Business casual for all meeting sessions and social events
• Civilian - Business casual for all meeting sessions and social events
• Military - Class B uniform as directed by organization policy
• Speakers - Business attire, or military service dress

Conference Location

The Aircraft Airworthiness & Sustainment Conference will be held exclusively at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront (Hotel Layout). Attendees and Exhibitors are strongly encouraged to make reservations at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront as special rates have been established exclusively for the AA&S Conference attendees/exhibitors. Cancellation Policy (Cancellations/No-Shows)

In order to qualify for a refund, Cancellation Notices must be received in writing prior to Monday, March 26, 2012, by emailing to the following address.

All refunds are subject to a $75 processing fee. Cancellations received after Monday, March 26, 2012, and attendee no-shows, will not be eligible for a refund; however, substitutions may be made at anytime without incurring a cancellation fee.
